Jiangsu International Forum for School Principals

Since 2005, the Jiangsu International Forum for School Principals has been held annually, bringing together secondary and primary school principals from Jiangsu and abroad. The forum features activities such as school visits, keynote presentations, expert lectures, academic seminars, and cultural exchanges. It provides a platform for in-depth discussions on key topics and pressing issues in education. The themes are closely aligned with the reform and development of basic education, with a focus on fostering collaboration between Jiangsu and international schools through student and teacher exchanges, research initiatives, and sister school partnerships. Over 2,000 sister school partnerships have been established through the forum.

This year's theme,"Promoting Innovation Capabilities Through Project-based Learning," emphasizes the role of project-based learning in basic education. The forum will explore methods to cultivate innovative competencies and establish an early talent development system suited to the demands of the new era. The event will include keynote speeches, academic salons, and workshops. Discussions will revolve around topics such as talent training, educational evaluation, school management, teacher development, and regional cooperation.
