To enhance educational exchange between Jiangsu and the world, promote the "International Students Study in Jiangsu Program", and attract foreign primary and secondary school students to study and exchange in China, JESIE launched the "Splendid Jiangsu - International Youth Exchange Camp" in 2015. This program invites foreign primary and secondary school students to Jiangsu for Chinese language courses, cultural visits, school tours, and interactive activities with local teachers and students. Through these activities, participants can gain firsthand experience of Jiangsu's educational system and Chinese culture. As a flagship international exchange program of Jiangsu Province, this program has been well-received by foreign educational authorities and schools. Over the past decade, the program has welcomed over 2,000 foreign youths to Jiangsu, establishing itself as a key platform for fostering international friendships and cultural exchange.

In support of President Xi Jinping's initiatives of "50,000 young Americans in 5 years" and "10,000 French students in 3 years, doubling the scale of European youth exchanges", JESIE launched the "Splendid Jiangsu · International Youth Exchange Camp". In 2024, the program invited 552 teachers and students from 30 U.S. states and 52 from Europe to Jiangsu for visits and exchanges. The American teachers and students engaged in immersive school exchanges, city visits, and cultural experiences across 13 cities in Jiangsu, fostering mutual understanding and friendship between Chinese and American youth. The program has received positive attention, with endorsements from the Office of the Spokesperson, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and coverage by over 20 major media outlets, including CCTV - China News, Xinhua News Agency, and People's Daily Online, generating widespread impact.
